Carmen Lohn, COTA/L, is an occupational therapy practitioner with 27 years of experience. She believes that continued movement is essential to growth, healing, and becoming. Carmen is a Champion of Menopause! She finds joy dancing with soul sisters, grounding herself in nature, traveling and advocating for women and community- centered wellness.
