Marla McNally Phillips is the co-chair and co-owner of Emerald Forest Entertainment, a music publishing and management company currently in a joint venture with HoriPro Entertainment. Macy Gray, Marilyn Manson, Sophie B. Hawkins, Randy Jackson, Brownstone, Stan Lynch, Holly Palmer, Marc Tanner, and many others are all Emerald Forest Entertainment signings. Prior to her own company, Marla was VP of Talent Acquisition and International for Chappell Music and later, WB Music where she signed and/or worked with such talent as Guns N’ Roses, til Tuesday (Aimee Mann), Jody Watley, Bernie Taupin, U2, Paul Gordon, and many other talented artists and songwriters. Marla was proud to have managed Sophie B. Hawkins during her WHALER album release and Holly Palmer during the making of I CONFESS, her album for WB. She also managed Scott Corridan, an event designer for film and television where he participated in HGTV’s Design Star and The Tyra Banks Show. Marla is co-chair of ENCHANTED TAILS, a film production company that is currently developing “The Princess Who Kicked Butt” for animation. Enchanted Tails also created and distributed the product, Survivor Tactics To Unbreak Your Heart. Marla is also happily the lead producer of a fantastic play entitled UNDER MY SKIN that is going to off Broadway this Spring to The Little Shubert Theatre.
