At the April 2013 Empowering Women event in Boston, MA, “Twinkle” Marie Manning presented her Empowering Women team and guests with recognition certificates for their incredible work towards women’s empowerment.
Cory Atkins, Massachusetts State Representative assisted giving out the certificates and then presented “Twinkle” with a citation in honor of her service to women.
